To view your images and reports online, please go to the Midwest Radiology Physician Portal.

If you do not have a Merge Universal Viewer account, please click here to be taken to our on-line portal access request form. To enroll, complete the required fields. You will receive an email with your username and a temporary password within 24-48 hours. If you need immediate access, please complete the online form and then call the Midwest Radiology IT Help Desk at 651-292-2100.
